What You Can Expect

  • 100% fully remote position (requires internet connection and workspace free from distractions)

  • 10 weeks virtual online training that begins Thursday, July 6 at 8:30 am PDT

    • Paid training hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm PDT

  • Starting hourly wage of $17.75

    • Are you bilingual in Spanish? Upon completion of training and passing a Spanish language assessment, you will receive an additional $.75 per hour.

    • After 6 months or less of proven performance, you are eligible for cross training and an additional $.75 per hour.

  • Milestone Bonus at 6 months ($500), 12 months ($1,000), and 18 months ($1,500)

  • Flexibility to help you balance life and work; fulltime, part-time, and flexible shifts available

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH AND ENGLISH

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator who likes to solve problems and connect with people via phone

  • Previous Inbound call center experience or the ability to provide excellent customer service by phone with sincerity and professionalism

  • Proficient and experienced PC skills with Microsoft Office, dual screens, and toggling between multiple systems (6 months or more of computer data entry experience)

  • Navigation Skills – able to input data or research information while on the phone with the caller, able to talk and type a must

  • History of on-time attendance at a previous job

  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum) and able to provide the proof with a transcript or diploma

  • Able to provide a stand-alone monitor, VGA cord, USB corded headset, and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace (we’ll provide the rest!)

  • Hardwired internet speed with a minimum speed of 5 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload. No satellite or wireless internet is accepted.
